150 g wholemeal flour
50 g hemp flour
25 g dehydrated capsicum
25 g dehydrated tomatoes
25 g seed mix (flax, sesame, poppy)
5 g dried yeast
5 g sugar
1 g salt
100 ml water
30 ml olive oil
Sift the flour mix in the shape of a volcano. Build a crater in the middle. Add water, sugar, yeast and let it sit for 5 min. Finely chop the capsicum and the tomato. Add it to the mixture, along with the seed mix. Slowly mix from the center to the margins. Add water if it is too dry or flour if it is too sticky. Pour in the olive oil and knead till the dough becomes elastic. For obtaining HEMP Crackers with Dehydrated Capsicum, Tomatoes and Seed Mix you will have to let it sit in a warm place for at least 30 min. Roll the dough with the aid of a rolling pin and cut into rectangles. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 0 C for about 15-20 min.
