Packed with nutrients, our HEMP Seed Oil adds a delicious nutty flavour to your favourite dish.
Hemp oil is known as “nature’s most balanced oil” thanks to the recommended ratio, that of approximately 3:1, between omega 6 and omega 3 contained in its chemistry. Our HEMP Seed Oil is high in these two polyunsaturated fats, or so-called “good fatty acids”.
Omega 3 fatty acids (alpha Linolenic acid – ALA) and Omega 6 (Linoleic acid – LA) contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol. Essential fatty acids are also needed for normal growth and development of children. These beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of alfa-linolenic acid (ALA) and a daily intake of 10 g of linoleic acid (LA).
A single portion of 15 ml of HEMP Seed Oil offers you 10 g of polyunsaturated fats.
Hemp is one of the most nutritious seeds in the world.
While preparing our HEMP Seed Oil we preserve all these nutritious benefits by cold pressing the hemp seeds. Two of our most precious assets are produced this way: delicious, fresh green oil and hemp cake.
Our dark violet glass bottles protect all the nutrients that HEMP Seed Oil has to offer. That is how we make sure that we pass on to you all the goodness that lies in the hemp oil’s greenery.
The best way to cook with HEMP Seed Oil is not to cook it at all. Just a drizzle of hemp oil enriches your salads or pasta with taste and nutrients.
If you want to enjoy all the benefits that the HEMP Seed Oil has to offer, have 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of hemp oil daily. Store the bottle in a cool, dark and dry place and remember to refrigerate it after opening.
