Ingredients

250 g oatmeal flakes

100 g shelled hemp seeds

50 g almonds

50 g pistachio

40 g dehydrated apricots

30 g goji

30 g cranberries

30 g sunflower seeds

30 g pumpkin seeds

15 g sesame seeds

15 g flax seeds

15 g raisins

10 g orange zest

90 ml bio maple syrup

Instructions

Hemp Granola

  1. Chop the pistachio and the almonds.
  2. Mix the seeds, the dried fruit and the nuts altogether. Pour over the maple syrup and add the orange zest. Mix the HEMP Granola until homogeneous.
  3. Spread on a tray covered with baking paper. Put in the preheated oven at 1600 C for 20 min.
  4. Cool and store it in a glass jar for up to 4 weeks.
  5. This is how you prepare HEMP Granola.
