200 g shelled hemp seeds
200 g sunflower seeds
100 g cashews
25 g nutritional yeast
15 ml water
2 g Provence herbs
For preparing the HEMP Seed Spread hydrate the sunflower seeds and the cashews for 30 min in hot water.
Add the hemp seeds in the food processor and blend for 2 min.
Put the dried sunflower seeds and cashews and blend at maximum speed for 2 min.
Add the nutritional yeast, water and Provence herbs.
Blend the HEMP Seed Spread for 30 sec.
You can store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
