200g chickpeas
200g almonds
200g flax seeds
100g hemp seeds
1tsp salt
300ml water
Blend one at a time the chickpeas, almonds, flax seeds and hemp seeds.
Mix them together along with the salt.
Add water while kneading.
Roll the dough for the Panite with HEMP, Almonds and Flax Seeds into thin layers on baking paper.
Dehydrate in the oven for 6-10 hours at 41-47 degrees.
