150 g cherry tomatoes
2 tsp protein powder
1 apio stalk
50 ml water
50 ml tomato juice
1 g paprika
1 g pepper
1 g salt
Slice in half the cherry tomatoes.
Slice the apio stalk in 3.
Add the cherry tomatoes and the apio in the blender.
Add the water, tomato juice, paprika, salt and pepper.
Blend the Vegan Bloody Mary at maximum speed for 2 min.
Chill before serving.
