Ingredients

1 avocado

60 g hazelnuts

25 g shelled hemp seeds

15 g almond flakes

10 g raisins

2 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp carob

1 tbsp agave syrup

1 g vanilla pod seeds

60 ml water

2 digestive biscuits

 

 

Instructions

Hemp Vegan Mousse

Cut the avocado in half and peel it.

Put the avocado and the rest of the ingredients in the blender.

Blend at maximum speed for 3 min until it turns into a smooth moose.

Make crumbles from the digestive biscuits.

Sprinkle the crumbles on a plate and pour the HEMP Vegan Mousse on top.

Decorate with your favorite fruit.

Chill before serving.
